Our 10 Micron Sieves work great in combination with our Filter Bags. The very fine 10 Micron screen allows you to clear up your finished product and make beautiful clear oil.

We have these manufactured to order for our Infusion Shop. The quality is superb! Made with stainless steel and dishwasher safe! These sieves are very fine (in more ways than one), they are 10 Micron which are very hard to find in local shops. You can buy the same sized sieves but finding them with a fine 10 micron screen is very difficult we found (in NZ), that's why we had these made to order with the super fine screen. We had one made to use over a cup and one to use over a bowl or Filter Bag.
They also have a metal loop at the top to allow it to sit on a cup or bowl which is also handy for hanging them up on hooks. We didn't see the point in selling sieves that had screens like a typical tea strainer, they have screens that allow large particles to pass through, our sieves are great for making Oil Infusions with your Nova Lift, Ardent FLEX, Magical Butter or simply stove or crock-pot infusions.
They are great to use as your very first filter before you start using Filter Bags. To save time we highly recommend pouring your infusion directly from your Infusion Machine or Pot into your first Filter Bag "Through one of the Sieves", this will remove all of the larger particles and pieces leaving you with a nice pre-filtered batch of oil to start filtering even more.
