The following payment methods are accepted in our store. 

Credit Cards with Latipay.

We accept Credit Cards through Latipay. You can now pay for your order using Visa, or MasterCard. Helenskinz pays for the fee's charged for each transaction, we don't pass them on. This is the most common method of payment due to it being quick and easy.

POLi - Internet Banking.

Secure Direct payment from your bank account to ours through POLi Internet Banking. No POLi account required, just select your Bank and continue to follow the instructions. POLi has changed a lot, before you just put your Bank username and login to pay from your Bank account. Many people didn't feel happy to do that and we don't blame them, it wasn't something that made you feel that secure. The all new POLi payment set up is much better and you no longer punch in your precious details, you now verify that it's you by scanning the QR Code on the POLi screen with your Banking App on your phone, it sounds drawn out but it's not, it's pretty quick and easy.

How can you pay using POLi Internet Banking?

POLi is a safe and secure way to pay for your purchases without the need for a credit card. POLi doesn't require you to register. POLi allows you to pay with funds directly from your bank account. We are notified about your payment immediately so your order can be shipped straight away. It's safe, it's secure, and there are no fees or charges to use POLi, we pay all the fee's.

After adding items to the Cart.. Start by selecting the "CHECKOUT" button on the Cart page then select POLi in the checkout (or Credit Card, or Bank Deposit) and follow the directions. Basically all you need is your phone ready with your Banking App open.

Manual payment made by transferring the money directly to our bank account. (Like the good old days when TradeMe started). Select this option and complete your order, then make a direct payment from your bank account to ours. Please use your Invoice Number and Name for a reference so we can quickly process your order when the money clears in our account.

Paying Off a Purchase.

We do not have a Payment Plan/Loan Merchant like ZIP but we are looking for one that will sign us up. They are not too interested in Vaporizer Shops in general, all the Vape Shops with it now all signed up before the rules changed. Unfortunately we just missed out. There will be one we can use at some stage now that we only sell Medical Devices and no Vapes as such.
